The season of Advent is soon upon us, Sacred City! Advent is the season historically celebrated by the church â beginning four Sundays before Christmas (Sunday, November 30th this year).

During the Advent season we will briefly pause our study in Hebrewsâyet continue in the same spirit of Hebrews 11. Just as weâve been learning from the men and women in Scriptureâs âhall of faith,â this Advent weâll turn our attention to "The Characters of Advent" - Zechariah, Mary, Joseph, and John the Baptist.
Each of these characters plays a vital role in the story of the incarnation, and each offers a unique example of faith, courage, and trust in Godâs promises.
